My iPhone home screen says “Special” right underneath where it tells you what time it is. Can’t figure out what this means, it has not been there yesterday. Does anyone know?

Sometimes when you have your phone plugged into something it will tell you. Like a dock, a car stereo, etc. Maybe that’s it? idk.
