— Gray’s Anatomy

I simply love the asymmetry of the human body. Not in a way of beauty but in a way of function. It’s awesome to look at the thorax and realize that the publishers of the anatomy atlas respected the natural mistakes.
There actually are none, because the bones developed to funtion well and not to look good.. but it is just so natural and amazing to see how asymmetrically twisted they sometimes are.
